Hi, I'm Seth.

In 2018, I built my first ComfyDome in Maine.

Over the next seven years, that small project grew into three off-grid domes, thousands of guests, more than 600 five-star reviews, over $300,000 in revenue, recognition in magazines and travel publications, and a reputation as one of Maine's top-rated glamping experiences.

But the numbers aren't really why I'm here.

I'm here because I learned a lot along the way.

Some lessons made me money. Some cost me money. Some completely changed the way I think about hospitality and business.

This site is where I share those lessons honestly—the successes, the mistakes, and everything in between.
